Q: Are there shower rooms?

A: Our store does not have a shower room.

The oil used in the treatment can be used as a skin care oil. After the treatment, lightly wipe it off with a towel.

Q: What are the ways to make a reservation?

A: We accept reservations via the web and LINE.

*Currently, reservations and inquiries can only be made via LINE.

Please add us as a friend on LINE and call us.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q: Can I make a reservation on the day?

A: Yes, it is possible.

Please make a reservation via our online reservation page or contact us via LINE.

Q: If I am late for my reservation, will it be cancelled?

A: Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late for your reservation.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened.

Q: Is there anything I should bring?

A: We will provide you with shorts, a bra, and a gown to wear during the treatment.

If you wish to touch up your makeup before leaving, please bring your own as we do not lend out makeup tools.

Q: Is there a car or bicycle parking area?

A: We do not have a parking lot, so please use the nearby parking lot.

You can park one bicycle in front of the store.

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: Cash payment, credit card (VISA/MasterCard/JCB/American Express),

You can use electronic money (transport IC, iD, QUICPay), PayPay, Rakuten Pay, etc.

Q: I'm uncomfortable being naked.

A: Aromatherapy treatment involves applying the agent directly to the skin, so you will need to remove your clothing.

We provide shorts, bras, and gowns for you to change into. All areas other than the treatment area will be covered with towels.

I'm going to give you a treatment.

If there are any areas you would not like us to touch, please feel free to let us know during your consultation.

Q: Can I take the test if I am pregnant?

Q: Can men use this service?

A: Our salon is exclusively for women.

We are not accepting new reservations from men. If a reservation is made by mistake, we will contact you and cancel it.

We may only be able to accommodate male customers who have been introduced by existing customers.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

A: We do not charge a cancellation fee, but because we space out reservations generously,

If you cancel more than twice on the day of your appointment or cancel without notice, you may not be able to make future reservations .

We accept changes to the date and time due to personal reasons. Please contact us in advance.

Q:施術中の延長は可能ですか?

A: Yes, it is possible. You can extend the time in 10-minute increments.

However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation.

Q: Can I change the course after I come to the store?

A: Yes, it is possible.

Q: Is there a powder room?

A: Yes. We do not lend out makeup tools, so please bring your own.

Q:二人で来店できますか?

A: Pair reservations are possible, but since there is only one therapist, we will guide you in order.

We provide tea and sweets so you can relax while you wait.
